Meet Team Phantom
We are pleased to introduce you to Team Phantom, led by our young and dedicated trainer, Annabelle. Together, they are participating in the highly anticipated Youth Trainer Challenge this year at Central Virginia Horse Rescue (CVHR).
About Phantom
Phantom is a 16-year-old Trakehner Gelding with a heart full of courage and a soul yearning for partnership. This impressive horse had to sadly bow out from the previous year’s competition due to a colic surgery. Fully recovered and spirited as ever, Phantom is eager to make a triumphant return this year.
About Annabelle
Annabelle is a devoted young trainer who has been tirelessly working with horses for several years now. Last year was particularly challenging for her as well, as she had some health setbacks that temporarily impeded her journey with Phantom. This year, she’s back with a newfound energy and enthusiasm, ready to make this year’s challenge unforgettable.
Our Challenges
Both Phantom and Annabelle have faced their fair share of struggles. Last year was a testament to their resilience and determination. Phantom suffered from colic, and Annabelle had her own health challenges. But despite these setbacks, they are back, stronger than ever, aiming to put up a fantastic show of skill, obedience, and companionship in this year’s Youth Trainer Challenge.
Sponsorship Goal: $5,000
To support CVHR and ensure that Phantom and Annabelle can give their best during the challenge, we are aiming to raise $5,000. This funding will not only help them with training costs but will also go toward supporting the wonderful initiatives at Central Virginia Horse Rescue.
